INSTITUTO DEL PINTXO DE SAN SEBASTIÁN

The Instituto del Pintxo de San Sebastián is an institution dedicated to promote and preserve the culture of the pintxo, a Basque culinary tradition. They offer workshops, events and activities to encourage creativity and innovation in the preparation of pintxos, as well as to spread its history and its importance in local gastronomy. Its aim is to keep this tradition alive and adapt it to modern times.
