This bar-restaurant in the Antiguo district works with the best local suppliers, in a constant bid to serve up the best products of the Land and the Sea. The fare is healthy, gluten-free and coeliac-friendly. Its best-known pintxo is the “Arzak”, a reinvention of fried eggs with red “piquillo” peppers. It also won an “Eguzkilore” award from BEST Pintxos & Gastro Euskadi in 2022.
