Armed with children’s instruments, musical toys, and sound equipment, The Wackids is a rock band dedicated to reinterpreting the interplanetary and transgenerational hits of music history in their own “rock’n’toys” style.
Their mission is to show the younger generation that rock survived the Y2K bug and the numerous pitfalls that have been placed in its path. From autotune to tecktonik, via René the Mole and Star Academy, victory was far from guaranteed. And yet… rock is not dead!
