The students from Donostia Kultura’s two gestural theater courses, led by Mafalda Saloio, will showcase what they’ve learned during the course with the play *El placer de jugar* (The joy of playing). The group describes the performance as follows: “Play is a constant presence in many moments of our lives and serves as a magical gateway to discovery, creation, and connecting with others in a free and spontaneous way. How do we play? Through listening, focusing on the action, action/reaction exercises, conflict, and contrast; by accepting both the real and the absurd aspects of play, and by trusting and supporting our peers. The play of emotions, collective play, and imaginative play will all be present in this performance.“
