A new edition of Sagardo Eguna, where you can sample ciders produced by 31 cider makers from the Gipuzkoako Sagardogileen Elkartea, enlivened by the music of the trikitilaris and accompanied by a variety of pintxos featuring chorizo, cod omelet, and cheese.
This year’s honorees will be cider makers Marian Matas and Jabier Ansorena from the Rufino Cider House in Hernani.
