Traditional cooking. Restaurant open all year round. Cider restaurant open during the cider season. 5 minutes from the city centre. It maintains and brings together the tradition of eight generations of cider makers (since 1680). It has a restaurant with capacity for 120 diners, open all year round, and a cider house open for txotx only during the cider season (January to April). It has 5.3 hectares of certified apple orchards.
