In compliance with the obligations established in Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption, an internal information system of San Sebastián Turismo-Donostia Turismoa, S.A. has been established. This system allows for the submission of inquiries and complaints, as well as the reporting of well-founded suspicions of infringements, misconduct, or malpractice occurring within San Sebastián Turismo-Donostia Turismoa, S.A., while guaranteeing absolute confidentiality, anonymity, and protection against any potential retaliation. The objective is to serve as an early warning system to reduce risks, promote public ethics, and increase citizen trust in the institution.
