Markeliñe: ‘Chef Nature’

“Chef Nature” is an open-air restaurant with its own vegetable garden. Diners will set aside their cell phones, laptops, and tablets to reconnect with nature. The menu will be magical, surprising, therapeutic, and a lot of fun.

And to create it, Markeliñe will use the ingredients he typically employs in his kitchen: rhythm, movement, and the imaginative use of different materials. All of this is seasoned with a pinch of salt and a dash of madness.
