Learn the recipes of one of the most prestigious chefs from a chef at the BCC Culinary Club. We’ll taste what we’ve cooked and raise a toast.
*NOTE: As indicated in the description, the courses are inspired by the iconic dishes of a renowned chef, but the workshop will be led by a chef from the BCC Culinary Club team. Some of the dishes in this course may be too complex to prepare entirely during the workshop. In these cases, our team will prepare them in advance so that course participants can finish assembling the dish and taste it.
