The Basque Culinary Center or University of Gastronomic Sciences opened in 2011 in San Sebastian also organises courses for cookery enthusiasts in Spanish and Basque for the locals and in English for foreign visitors. All you need to participate in the classes is a passion for cooking and a thirst for learning!
