Donostia/San Sebastián is a seafront city. It’s a dance each day against the changing backdrop of the Cantabrian sea. It’s world-renowned cuisine, constantly reinvented. It’s a film at the Zinemaldi and it’s the music of a festival, one of the many that arrive each year to change our view of the world around us. It’s in the gaze of its people, the eyes of its visitors. Donostia is emotion. Donostia is inspiration!

Electric mobility is a global trend and a reality increasingly present in our daily lives. In this sense, Donostia, in line with its commitment to sustainability, is resolutely adopting environmentally friendly transport solutions.

Those of us from the Antigua neighborhood call ourselves “antiguotarras” before “donostiarras”, since this is the city’s oldest (Antigua means ancient or old in Spanish) and most magical (I promise, you’ll see!) neighborhood that has its own character along with everything else you could imagine! What other neighborhood is home to a beach with a park topped by a palace, all connected through an underwater tunnel?

The LGTBI issue has become a thermometer of a city’s development and modernity, and now no one wants to be left behind. Many cities call on an institutional effort to make them tourism-friendly for the LGTBI community. In the case of San Sebastián, however, the LGTBI diversity and inclusion experience was no coincidence, nor was it sought out, but it is the natural evolutive consequence of a cosmopolitan, multicultural, open, welcoming city that has been tangible for decades.
